How reviews work
Reviews on RuleMind come only from people who bought the product.
Who can review
Only buyers. The review form asks for the licence key from the order email, which shows that the person bought the product. The key is never shown.
What is published
Every genuine review is published, whatever its rating: the rating, the text, the name the reviewer chooses and the date. Reviews are not edited, except to remove personal details such as an email address or phone number.
What is not published
Reviews that are abusive, unlawful, about something else entirely, or a copy of another review. If a review is not published, the reviewer can ask why at [email protected].
Free copies
Some people are given a free copy and asked for an honest review. Those reviews are labelled “given a free copy”. Nobody is paid or rewarded for a review, and nobody is asked to make it positive.
Ratings
The average shown is worked out from all published reviews of that product.
Removing a review
Reviewers can ask for their review to be removed at any time: email [email protected] from the address used to buy.
