Invoices numbered for you, an invoice that fills itself in from one number, overdue payments in red, and a monthly tax pot.

How it works

Type your business and bank details once.
Add a row for each job; the number appears by itself.
Type the number on the Invoice tab and save it as PDF.
Add the paid date when the money arrives.

What it doesn’t do

Not set up for VAT invoices. Doesn't take card payments.

What do I get, and how?

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Every pack works in Excel or Google Sheets, and the Word files open in Word or Google Docs. There are no macros.

Is it a subscription?

No. One payment, and the file is yours to keep using.

Can I get a refund?

As these are digital files, change-of-mind refunds are not available once they are issued, so please look at the free example first. If a file is faulty or not as described, your legal rights are not affected. Refund terms.
