Before you ask.
Can I edit everything?
Yes. They are ordinary Word and Excel files. Change the wording, add your logo, delete what you do not need and add your own jobs.
Are they specific to any company?
No. Every name, site and figure is a fictional placeholder in square brackets for you to replace.
Will this keep me legal?
No template can. The law asks for a risk assessment that reflects your actual job, site and people. These give you a strong, structured start; you must check the controls against your own conditions. If you are unsure, ask a competent health and safety adviser.
