What it does

The offline version of the free planner. Budget your take-home pay once, then track each month against the plan.

Best for: Anyone paid monthly who wants to see where the money goes.

What’s included

Excel · 4 tabs

  • Budget page: what's left, the 50/30/20 split and your three biggest costs
  • 12 months of budget against actual, with overspends in red
  • Year summary with a running total and charts

How it works

  1. Type your take-home pay and what you expect to spend on each line.
  2. See what's left and how it splits against 50/30/20.
  3. Each month, type what you actually spent.
  4. Red means over budget: trim that line next month.

What it doesn’t do

Doesn't connect to your bank. You type in your figures.

Packs help you organise and prepare. They are not legal or tax advice and can’t guarantee you meet every rule.
