What it does

Every certificate and deadline in one spreadsheet. Next due dates work themselves out and turn amber, then red.

Best for: Landlords with 1 to 20 properties.

What’s included

Excel · 4 tabs

  • Gas, EICR, EPC and deposit dates with automatic due dates
  • Rent increase planner: earliest start date and when to serve Form 4A
  • Proof-of-service log with drop-down lists

How it works

  1. Type one property per row: the date of each last check.
  2. The sheet fills in the next due dates.
  3. Sort by 'Next deadline' to see what to book first.
  4. Use the rent planner before you raise the rent.

What it doesn’t do

Only as accurate as the dates you enter. It doesn't book checks or send reminders.

Packs help you organise and prepare. They are not legal or tax advice and can’t guarantee you meet every rule.
